VGN has announced its new project VGN Platina at Ayapakkam near Ambattur in Chennai. The project is coming up in 17 acres at around 3.5 km from Ambattur Dunlop factory.VGN Platina at Ayyapakkam will offer residential units with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms + hall + kitchen (BHK) in 610 apartments and 60 individual houses. The sizes range from 500 SQFT to 1450 SQFT.
The apartments have the rate/sqft as Rs.2099 with the total cost of units starting at Rs.16 Lakhs.

Nearest school is Velamal CBSE, 2.5 -3 kms approx
Nearest weekend shopping and eating out location is Mogappair west, you will find good and very decent hotel if you bit further to reach mogappair east there you have everything.

Neat road has been laid from Ayappakkam Tank to the site except for one point meant for bridge beside the Amman Temple. Easy drive to the site from Mogappair.
