Tata Housing's Crescent Lake Homes in Oragadam - Around Rs.14 Lakhs onwards

Tata Housing is coming up with Crescent Lake Homes at Oragadam, in the outskirts of Chennai.

Oragadam is seeing a lot of major real estate projects recently, thanks to investments in this region from the automobile and ancillary manufacturing sector and also due to the escalating land costs on OMR and GST roads. The relatively large land parcels available in this region, also attracts the bigger players to this region.

Tata Housing's Cresent Lake Homes project is to come up on a 25 acre site in Oragadam and will house a total of 2200 residential units (apartments and row-type villas). The first phase will offer 960 units of 1, 2 and 3 BR apartments on Ground + 18 floor towers.

The rates for the first phase will be between Rs.14 Lakhs to Rs.35 Lakhs.
