After the successful Isha Signature Villas project, Isha Homes (India) Pvt. Ltd. will soon be launching its Isha Mia Villas project.
Isha Mia will be a gated community of villas, with 106 independent villas coming up in around 10 acres at Pudupakkam, off OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) in Chennai.
The project offers easy access to the Siruseri IT Park.
Features include round-the-clock security services, landscaped gardens, community center and more.
Isha Mia Villas project is expected to be launched by July 2011.
