Anand & Venkatesh has announced the launch of its new project Exotic Villas at Kaspapuram, near Bharath University in Selaiyur, South from Tambaram-Velachery main road.
The project will offer 120 independent villas, on plots with sizes ranging from 1200sqft onwards.
The project layout has been approved by CMDA and has 24x7 security services, concrete roads with street lamps and avenue trees. Good potable water is available at 15 feet depth.

ReplyDeleteBefore going for plots at Exotic Villas please ask the seller to tell what is there behind the big wall. I was shocked to see the entire project is surrounded by burial grounds. One is right hand side of the project and the other one is left side.
Just have a look and go around the compound wall to find out more !!!!!
