Vasavi Housing has announced the launch of its new project Vasavi Thazham at Semmanchery, off from OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road), in Chennai.Vasavi Thazham aims to offer affordable eco-friendly apartments with luxury amenities for the modern life.
A total of 56 apartments are to be constructed in 10 blocks of Stilt + 2. The 2 and 3 BHK apartments will be available in the sizes ranging from 920 sqft to 1465 sqft.
