Vasavi Housing Infrastructure Limited (VHIL) is joining hands with Dewan Housing Finance Limited Venture Capital (DHFL VC) for a joint venture project - named Marutham, at Meppur near Poonamallee in Chennai.
The project is coming up in around 6 acres of land and will house 500 residential apartments in sizes ranging from 500 sqft to 1450 sqft.
