Featherlite Developers, a venture of Featherlite Group, is coming up with its first residential project Vaikuntam, on the GST, at Urapakkam in Chennai.The project is coming up in 7.5 acres of land and will house a total of 500 apartments, of which 84 apartments are planned for Phase 1. The 1, 2 and 3 BR apartments will come up on Stilt + 4 floors. Apartment sizes range from 700 sqft to 1200 sqft.
As part of the launch offer, the rates are fixed at Rs.2900/sqft which is valid for 3 days.. which is on Oct 15th, 16th, 17th. After this period, they plan to raise the rates by Rs.300/sqft.

ReplyDelete1. They say the carpet area is 70-72%. But calculating the cappet area it gives only 62-65% . when it was asked by me to the marketing people the were unable to answer the same. but i followed them by calling them frequently .They were unable to answer .
2. Next is vasthu . strictly 0% vasthu .. if u dont believe see the model apartment they have.
3. They charge 4 lakhs more than the basic cost of the apartment. it's interesting that the 4 lakhs rupees does n't include registration charges and grills for the apartment.
4.They did n't still give the sale deed for customers those who have registered . Block B construction approval is still not there but they started construction . u can see the Block B construction in their website.
please don't believe them..
i am serious about this matter . i don't want people to be cheated .
