Sabari Serenity at Siruseri which launched in April 2009 has now launched the Phase 2 of the project at Rs.2599/sqft*. The rates for the Phase 1 of the project was Rs.1899/sqft*. The difference of Rs.700/sqft from the Phase 1 to Phase 2 can be attributed to the development of OMR region and also to the rise in the costs of construction. This also translates to a sense of appreciation of investment to those who invested in Phase 1 of Sabari's Serenity.
Phase 2 of Sabari Serenity will offer 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments in the size range of 993 sqft to 1027 sqft, with prices starting from Rs.25.81 Lakhs onwards*.
