Primex Infrastructure Pvt Ltd which has constructed nearly five lakh sqft of commercial space including factories, warehouses, office space and power plants is now entering the residential segment with the Primex Verterra project at Porur in Chennai.
Primex Verterra will be spread across 4.2 acres at Mugalivakkam, Porur and will offer 324 residential apartments in the size range of 575 sqft to 1233 sqft. The 1, 2 and 3 bed-room apartments will be coming up in Stilt + 4 floors.
With a rate of Rs.3750/sqft, the total rate of the apartments will be in the range of Rs.22 Lakhs to Rs.45 Lakhs.
The project is to commence in February and is expected to complete in 24 months.
