Arun Excello's Temple Green project at Oragadam, Chennai is now launching Town Houses in its 3rd phase of the project.
"Town Houses @ Temple Green" are two storeyed row houses, sharing common walls with similar units. Each such unit will have a private backyard garden and an individual car park and will have the land registered in the owner's name.
The Town Houses will also share the common amenities with the rest of the Temple Green project with access to fresh water, common sewerage treatment, grey water recycling, parks, club house, security services, pharmacy, super market, ATM and a CBSE school.
The bhoomi pooja for the Town Houses is scheduled for March 6th from 9:30 am to 11 am. A half-hour programme on the project will be aired on Vijay TV at 8 am on March 6th.
