"January" is Akshaya Homes' 148th project coming up at Thaiyur, on the OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) in Chennai. The project has been pre-approved as a Green Project by LEED and has a 5 Star rating by CRISIL.
Akshaya January The project will offer 688 units on 5.82 acres. The 1, 2 and 3 bed-room apartments will be available in the size range of 605 sqft to 1400 sqft. The rates start at Rs.17 Lakhs*.
The project is to be completed in 24 months, that is by December 2012.
