SPRRG is coming up with its new project Osian Chlorophyll, on 9.2 acres at Porur, adjacent to Sri Ramachandra Medical College.
Osian Chlorophyll will have 10 towers of 16 floors offering 1050 apartments with 1, 2, 3 bed-rooms, along with duplexes and penthouses. Osian Chlorophyll includes an Olympic size swimming pool, Hanging bridge connecting all towers to form a jogging-track on the 16th floor, club houses in each block (with gymnasium, indoor games facilities, etc), fully air-conditioned apartments and a lot more features and amenities. The rates are fixed at Rs.3950/sqft*.
The soft-launch programme for Osian Chlorophyll is scheduled on 11th December 2010, at Osian Heights, 76, Basin Bridge Road, Near Mint Tower Clock, Chennai-21.
