XS Real - FairSquare, which aims to offer "Smart Functional Homes" at affordable rates, is coming up with its new project FairSquare Harmony at Padur, on OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road) in Chennai.
XS Real - FairSquare Harmony will offer 226 "smartly designed apartments" in the sizes ranging from 924 sqft to 1331 sqft, with 2 and 3 BHKs.
Amenities include swimming pool, power backup, children's play area, gymnasium, indoor games with badminton court and meeting hall.
The inaugural offer for XS Real - FairSquare Harmony is Rs.2595/sqft. This makes the total cost to range between Rs.23.9 Lakhs to Rs.34.5 Lakhs.
