ISP Infrastructures Pvt Ltd., (a unit of Voora Group) is coming up with Vidyasagar Oswal Gardens at Korukkupet in Chennai.
Vidyasagar Oswal Gardens will come up in around 12 acres and will offer 880 apartments in 20 blocks of Stilt + 4 floors, having 1, 2 and 3 bed-room units in the size range of 575 sqft to 1450 sqft. The apartments are priced at Rs.18 Lakhs onwards.
The project will have a 3 acre open space and claims to be the largest in any housing project within the city. Other facilities include Gymnasium in each block, Tennis, Badminton and Basket-ball courts, Covered Car parks and more.
